Too much noise outside, you can hear the cars on the highway, it's difficult to sleep, the heating didn't work

This place is a disgusting hole! It should be condemned! Room keys never worked, after four times going to the office. No towels in room. Urine stain on the sheets. No trash cans. No remote. Made me give them a 50$ cash deposit at check in. Have homeless people hiding in the stairwells. It is a sketchy horrible place! No sleep because of worrying about my vehicle. Just horrible! Avoid this dump at all costs!

Dirty Floor. Small black bugs on floor & wall. Water on floor around toilet. Toilet seat had brown stains, poop stains under seat. Brown fuzzy things hanging from ceiling over bed. No handle on sink faucet. Grease on table. Food remnants under table. Door lock/handle loose in door--had trouble locking door. Key card reader intermittent. Blood stain and cigarette burn under bed cover. Sheets stained. Cigarette smell in this non-smoking room. No insulation between ceiling and floor above. Poor lighting & inoperative switches. Holes in walls. Torn chair fabric. Only one towel in room (no wash clothes or hand towels). No frig, microwave, hair drier or coffee maker. Many unsavory looking people loitering around hotel. Signs in lot saying to lock car.

Was not able to stay. I was sent away because I’m not 21, although it only says that in the fine print on their listing. I have not received a refund or a response back regarding my refund.

First the manager tried to double charge me then Arthur about me being wrong as though i didn't pay. The room was NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE OFFER..... SORRY NO TOWELS SOAP DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE NOR LOCK TUB WAS REPULSIVE ROOM REQUESTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE ATTENDED ACTED AS THOUGH HE NEEDED MANAGEMENT TO APPROVE WHAT WAS ASKED FOR ONLINE REFUSED A REFUND VERY DANGEROUS AREA IN A NON SMOKING ROOM ALL I SMELLED WAS 🚬 😶🌫️ COULDN'T BREATHE FELT VERY UNSAFE.... DIDN'T HAVE THE MINI FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE ADVERTISED 😕 very disappointing..never again

We arrived around 11 pm. While unpacking our belongings, a man asked my husband for money. Once inside our room, we noticed we had one washcloth and one stained towel. No floor mat. We called the front desk asking for more linens and were told they would bring them. They never arrived. I went down to the front desk to follow up with the manager and he informed me that the laundry was still being done. At 11 pm?
This place should be avoided at all cost.

I have stayed at about 8 Motel 6’s in the past month traveling and this was by far the worst. The first room I got assigned smelled like pee and had no bedding. Second room, key didn’t work and I still don’t have a working key. It is very dusty and when I took a shower there was dirt in the tub, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Sheets are dirty and the towels were not even in the room. The staff was really nice and the maintenance man was the best and helped me get in my room since I didn’t have a working key. He was very helpful. Seems to me like very bad management since I know Motel 6 can be way better than this. I feel bad for staff who has to deal with all these complaints while the manager is not fixing a thing.

Got in about midnight. Our first room the door looked like it had been kicked in. That explains why the deadbolt wouldn't work And the toilet wasn't working. So they gave us a second room but it was occupied. They were fully booked so no rooms were available.
The place felt very unsafe. Would not recommend
