This motel had a strange sent to it that left my clothes smelling. I was charged an additional 30 dollars to check in even when I called prior and they said they had rooms available and it was okay to check in. Very disappointing

The Motel was clean and staff friendly. My room was neat and clean. Only thing, the towels are a bit small and hard. Other than that, very nice.

I just stayed overnight. A 1 night stop-over. Next day I finished my journey in Phoenix, Arizona. Spent Thanksgiving 2023 in Arizona.

It's hard to turn a 2 star experience into a good experience but Angie did. When we were not happy with our room she made it right. When the check in system went down she handled it with grace. We knew what we reserved was a budget motel. Angie made the stay a great deal for the price.

This place is between a homeless camp and the freeways. The walls were paper thin and the people next door were smoking in thier room which filled our room with cigarette smoke and they partied till 2am. The sheets were stained. No mirror in the bathroom.

Friendly staff and guests. A safe place to land for some sleep while on the road. Our first room did have some smoke smell and they had no problem getting us moved to a room that was just fine. Pet friendly $15/per. Refundable $75 deposit upon check in.

Checking in took a while, there was no one at the front desk so we had to wait. The next day we both woke up with bites all over our face, neck, arms, back and hands, not sure if they were ticks or bed bugs. I told the front desk and he proceeded to ask if we were sure it was the room and not us… he did nothing to fix the problem but apologize. Beware of bug bites if you stay here!

Granted I wouldn’t have stayed here had we done more planning ahead but it was the only affordable room for the ballon fiesta festival. The beds creaked so load when you turned over it was ridiculous. The walls are paper thin I could hear the neighbors hacking away from a terrible cough. They are supposed to be non smoking and eve thing trajes of cigarette smoke sheets pillow case everything. Never staying here again. Also they charge a 75 dollar deposit for damages and highly recommend cash instead of CC which I found strange but only because it takes up to a week to get your money back… anyways would not recommend! Cleaning person never showed.

The bathroom was just gross the bathtub was gross. The mattress pad and blanket had burn holes in them. The fan in the bathroom had burns on it also. I was here for 11days and no one came and clean my room and when I asked for clean towels I was told to bring the old ones down and I can get clean ones.
