Tru by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25

The room was clean. The overall hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The road noise from the interstate was too much for me. Even with earplugs it was too much.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel while attending a training session. The hotel did provide delicious breakfast meals and provided house cleaning services for the time I was there keeping the room clean.

The stay was great, the hotel was clean and up to date to how Tru hotels are. Check in was a little long because we had to hunt down someone to check in at 830pm. Breakfast was a little sub par as well, comparing it to all the other Tru hotels we have stayed. Overall I would stay again.

Nice stay

A terrible experience. Arrived late. Our room was dirty. I’m not even sure that the bed was changed. Got the run around. Was told that the manager would ne in touch. Never happened. I recommend that you look elsewhere for a more satisfying experience.

The breakfast “buffet” was underwhelming; disappointed. The rest of it was basic but fine for our needs.

Not one of the staff members acknowledged anyone as they walked through the front doors or when they left. The person at the front desk told me all about her fighting with the maintenance person. She was on her phone the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways were dirty. The common areas were dirty. Breakfast was not stocked, dirty, things all over the countertops. We stay at Tru in AZ and it’s always excellent. This location is bad.

Tania is amazing! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and respectful. The room was perfect for my needs and I am returning for another stay with my family because of how comfortable I felt.
