Hotel Zazz

The Hotel Zazz is my destination stop in ABQ. They treat you like VIP. The speakeasy was lit and the vibes were superb. My first drink was free. The hydration station offers free popsicles to cool off. The room was clean and comfy. Excellent service 💯.

Great little place. Not only affordable but super cute.

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Friendly staff

This was my second stay. I love the hotel and the staff. It's never been warm enough for me to use the pool, but if you are there in warm months that would be a nice feature. I also have never visited the speakeasy, but that could also be fun. This visit (not my first) they charged for parking which is fine and common with hotels these days. My only compliant is the $10.74/day fee they charge for amenities you may or may not use (like VIP access to the speakeasy which I have never visited or "free" popsicles--which I don't eat and are not "free" if I am paying $10/day for them--it would have been nice for this to be an optional fee or just rolled into the price of a room). The location is great. Walkable to shops/restaurants and if you are there long enough there is a nice laundry a block away. The decor and all the art installations are really a nice touch. They've done a great job with this hotel and I'd recommend it for a stay in Albuquerque.

Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated! The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit! Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!

Great price to value - updated rooms, clean, and stylish. Great redo of classic old motor lodge property.

Need to put customer first not profit at all cost have my reservation since nov at great price and got there did find it and you charged me over $1200 hundred dollars for that room you will hear from me to get my money back you put a helping face put was all to make more money I trust you but not again
