La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Airport

If you come in at night it takes a long time to get through to the front desk. I was on hold for 12 min to then wait another 15 min for the shuttle. I should have just I ubered or cabbed it at that point. For timing purposes landed and started calling at 10:38. Got to the hotel at 11:30 When my daughter called 30 min after me he said we were not at that hotel she said my mom is there, checked in (room number …) and here is the name of the shuttle driver. They were like oh yeah. Weird. Especially at midnight. Thank goodness. I was up. The elevator has been out for a while so I had to carry my luggage up to the third floor. I’m 57 so it was fine but seriously what do they do for the older people?? I checked out at 8am. I cannot say how amenities were. It was cheap Convenient and the room was clean that’s all I cared about.

Free Breakfast is poor.  Charging $50 on CC, not just as a hold, is ridiculous.

The room was super clean and the staff accommodated the best they could to our needs. The only thing is the breakfast was not ideal. The OJ did not taste like OJ, I do not know what that was.
