"The hotel is located in a new area not far from the airport in the suburbs. There should be some schools or emerging industrial parks nearby. This time we stayed mainly because we had to return the car to the airport and leave the country the next day. There is a gas station about 8 minutes walk around the hotel, with a small supermarket attached, where you can buy some simple food and drinks. The hotel rooms are spacious. Because it is an apartment, refrigerators and kitchenware are all available for cooking. The hotel also has a laundry room, which provides paid services. It happened that we had been traveling for a while and some clothes were washed and dried here. This is pretty good. There are many rooms in the hotel, most of which should be long-term guests, many young people, but it is not crowded."

"Nice place to stay in Madrid! Host was very nice & kind, room quite clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Cleaning every day. Shower gel and soap provided (as well as towels). Shops, pharmacy, cafes - all just around the corner. Metro & cercanias 10 min by walk. Of course, this is quite away from the city center (1 hour by metro) , but I'm used to this and enjoyed this calm district. Definitely can recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Madrid."
