On the ground floor there is another bedroom with two double beds, fitted wardrobes and sitting area, large bathroom with bath and shower.
On the first floor, a landing with access to the terrace with views to the mountains of Puerto de Pollença and the BadÃa de Pollença. One bedroom with double bed, dressing room, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. Also with mountain views.
The living room, with three comfortable sofas, another dining table, this time in marble, gives access to a covered terrace and the swimming pool.
Parties not allowed
On the other side of the courtyard is an annexe. Here you will find a large glazed living room opening onto the garden, with 3 comfortable sofas, a wood-burning cooker, dining table and views of the garden and terraces.
A bedroom with 2 double beds and direct access to a bathroom, and next to it, another bedroom with 2 single beds and private bathroom.
In the garden there is another small house. It is like an annex for informal lunches and dinners, large wooden table with seating for more than 14 people, a brick fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
