We stayed here in four different rooms (3 of which I paid for) with family members attending an event 17-19 January. The hotel itself is adequate but arriving 9.30/45pm left us with no food or beverage facilities as the pub next door (which did provide breakfast) had last orders at 9.45pm. Ridiculous next to a hotel with no other facilities. I complained or rather offered feedback following our stay to be informed that without a booking reference (we were booked by a third party) they couldn’t investigate my complaint. This has now gone on for nearly 6 months during which I have provided proof of payment, names, addresses, the company who booked, everything else they’ve asked of me but to no avail. Without a booking number I don’t pass security so therefore no review of my feedback. Safe to say Premier Inn is now off my booking list . A shame really but this hotel doesn’t offer adequate f&b facilities and the company customer service is appalling.

My friends and I needed somewhere to stay for a night or two as we were attending a seminar in town. Premier Inn was an excellent choice. The rooms are really roomy, immaculately clean and in very good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, which is very important as a single female traveler. Having the facility to have meals next door was excellent too. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, staff and facilities. I’ll be choosing Premier Inn for future trips.

A perfectly decent hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good temperature. The shower water pressure was excellent. It was nice to have breakfast right there, although it would have been better if the breakfast was included with the price of the room. The hotel is within walking distance from a Tesco, so that's a plus! That said, there was no internet in the hotel the entire time we were there. The woman at the front desk(evening of May 30) tried her best to help us, but was unsuccessful. She said we could have internet if we paid for it, but I declined. If a hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, then the hotel should be responsible for providing it. Also, while I was pleased to see that the hotel bathroom had large soap and shampoo bottles affixed to the wall instead of tiny individual bottles (good job being environmentally conscious), the shampoo bottle was positioned directly in the line of the shower flow and was therefore difficult to use. Also, the shower curtain was insufficient to keep water from getting all over the floor and the floor was soaked by the end of my shower.

The breakfast was disgusting and cold. When complained got ‘tutted’ at by the stroppy staff member who then proceeded to tell me the food was cooked. It was not it was stone cold. Really disgraceful brewers fayre

This was the worst hotel experience of my 72 years on this planet. The room we were given on the 7th April was cold and the heating did not work. I contacted reception who said the hotel was fully booked and they did not have supplementary heating. The room had been prepared with one set of towels despite booking for two people. There was excrement on the underneath of the toilet seat. We were promised another room for the second night. At breakfast I had to filter through 5 dishes before I found one that didn't have someone else's cereal still stuck to it. I mentioned this to the floor manager, a lady who was circling the floor eating a bacon sandwich whilst organising breakfast for her family. The second night they had found us another room. Unfortunately some young men who had been shouting and swearing in reception had an adjacent room. Given the prospect of a disturbed night and another shambles at breakfast I decided it would be better to drive the 135 miles home. I have written to Premier Inn twice and had no feed back what so ever. I am dealing with a relatives death so need to visit Aldershot regularly. On my next visit I stopped at the Travelodge which was excellent.

Clean room, friendly staff. I couldn’t do the early check in even when they said it would be possible, as no rooms were ready when I arrived at 10:30am. Also I had no running water in the morning of my stay, bed was pretty uncomfy. The room was nice though and had tea and coffee etc available along with wifi!

Sadly we felt very uncomfortable with the groups of drunk people hanging out in the car park and shouting abusively at us and each other. Room was clean and comfortable but we ended up getting all our valuables out of the car as was informed that car break ins were not uncommon here, although they did appear to have lots of cameras in the car park, we still felt very unnerved the whole time we were there. Not just confirmed to outsides, noisy and shouting in the corridors in the building too.

Clean and very good value for the price. Bar service was a little slow but it was busy. The meal was hot and tasty
