The hotel manager was very welcoming, and their thoughtfully planned home visit was a highlight of the trip. The hotel facilities are high-quality and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended; it's reasonably priced and the food is delicious.

Altay Guili Hotel experience exceeded expectations! The snow view window is picturesque, the room is warm and clean, and the floor heating is extra points. The staff is simple and welcoming, friendly and friendly. The breakfast is full of local characteristics and the price is very high. Close to the ski resort, convenient to play. A warm and more than expected stay. Not only has a free pick-up and drop-off service, but also intimately sends fruit, fireworks and dumplings. Although the booking process is a bit tortuous, I am very happy to experience two room types at once. On the second floor of the first night, the space is very large. You can see the corner of the snow-capped mountain when you wake up. Even if you lie down and look out the window, you are very happy and satisfied. Every light is just right, when the night is bright, The room was quiet and warm. The boss is kind and welcoming, and the tone of greeting is not professional, more considerate and friendly like friends. Master Bai of the pick-up and drop-off machine is also very amiable. There is a display around the first floor of the hall, which is simple and ingenious. Although it is a newly opened hotel, every service has heartfelt care. From the enthusiasm of the pick-up master, to the meticulousness of the boss, to the girls at the front desk, it is comfortable.

This stay was the most unexpected B&B I stayed in during my 20-day self-driving tour in Xinjiang. From the moment I stepped into the B&B, I was deeply attracted by the warm and unique decoration here. It was super photogenic and I took a lot of satisfying photos. The room was clean and tidy, and the decoration was all in Xinjiang style. Every detail revealed the B&B owner's care, from the room layout to the decoration of the public area. The public area even had self-service freshly ground coffee and mahjong machines. The owner was a post-90s and was very chatty. He let us taste the grapes and apples grown in the yard and gave us tea to boil around the stove. This B&B didn't do any marketing, and it was a surprise to discover such a treasure B&B. We encountered a flat tire on the Ahe Highway, and the owner used his connections to help us. He was a handsome owner who came down from heaven. Now I'm back home and still immersed in the warmth and scenery of Xinjiang 😊

The Northwest region is quite dry, so the humidifier provided in the room was a good thing. However, when I opened it, I saw yellowish grime inside, so I had to clean it myself before using it. The room had neither cooling nor heating, only ventilation, which I, being from the south, found very unsuitable. The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated. I asked the hotel for a fan, but there wasn't a single fan in the entire hotel, so I couldn't sleep well all night. It was a terrible experience in a five-star hotel, and it prevented me from getting proper rest after a long and tiring road trip. (Attached is a picture of the initial temperature.)

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the separated bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink) was very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety, though it was super crowded – understandable since it's about to be Altai's peak tourist season. The hotel is right across from Hualin Park, which offers fantastic scenery. It was really pleasant to take a walk there after dinner.

The overall experience exceeded expectations, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept until dawn. The price is close to the people, the facilities are complete, the price is super high, the first choice for travel accommodation, will come again next time!
