Shanlu Hotel

Came here to ski at Jiangjun Mountain! This hotel is right by the ski resort, and the unlimited shuttle service to and from the slopes is incredibly convenient! The room was great too! There's a mineral water dispenser in the hallway for guests to take as much as they need, which is such a thoughtful touch, especially in dry Xinjiang! The owner is really wonderful! This hotel truly gets a perfect score! Even if you're not skiing, it's super easy to get to all the popular spots nearby.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it's almost identical to the photos. There are some visible signs of wear in certain corners, but overall it's very clean and tidy. It even has a smart speaker (Xiao Du) that I can use. The location is also very convenient; it's close by for driving to attractions and restaurants, and there's free parking downstairs. The young man at the front desk was very attentive; he even put a cover on my ID card. The owner also gave us free drinks for Mid-Autumn Festival, which was really great.

The room was clean and tidy, but the shower and toilet were in the same space, which was a bit odd. The breakfast selection was quite good, almost like a lunch buffet. The owner's service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating! Conditioner was available at the front desk. Laundry and drying facilities were provided, but the laundry room's cleanliness could be improved. It's a small city, but there are still plenty of good restaurants nearby. The owner recommended several restaurants he had personally tried, helping to avoid disappointment.

Unlimited shuttle service to the ski resort: Excellent! The owner and drivers are all incredibly friendly and talkative. Each shuttle allows me to meet different skiers, making for a great experience. Skiing alone is never lonely.

The service was excellent, the location was very convenient for skiing due to its proximity to the ski resort, and there was even a free shuttle service from the resort. I'll definitely stay here again next time I ski!

A must-try! We initially booked a room in the city center because we couldn't make it to Hemu after landing, and it was great so we went to Hemu. However, our friend broke a bone in Hemu, so we had to return to the city and booked this place again. The service was amazing! We had a lot of luggage, and they carried it all to our room. We mentioned the room wasn't warm enough, and they immediately brought us heating pads. Actually, the room temperature was just right, but our previous room was very warm, so it felt a bit cold. The hotel was fully booked, and when we tried to extend our stay, they couldn't find any. The owner immediately arranged another hotel for us and even helped us move things in and out. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, and the owner took us there and back. Their breakfast was my favorite hotel breakfast in Altay; the others weren't that great. Their TV can be projected onto the screen, which is really nice.

Not far from General Mountain, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast selection was plentiful. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the General Mountain Ski Resort. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I booked a room at the newly opened hotel with no negative reviews, but upon entering, the room smelled strongly of fish and was not thoroughly cleaned. The sink was pitifully small, splashing water everywhere when washing my hands and face. The linoleum floor was very slippery with even a little water, almost causing me to slip and fall. The bathroom drain was faulty, causing water to accumulate in the shower. There was no elevator on the second floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. The hotel is far from the station, and it's extremely inconvenient to eat or shop around there. In short, a terrible experience!
