Excellent hotel! Very convenient for getting around, with two bus routes passing right by. They also offer airport transfers. There's a supermarket on the -1 floor, and their yogurt and ice cream are delicious. You can also find some lovely souvenirs there. Plus, there's a gem museum nearby. Altay is a great city to visit.

The hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe. The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!). However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains. They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options. ⚠️ The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. 🤦‍♂️

The room offers great value for money, and the location is good, just a 10-minute drive from General's Hill. The room, especially the bathroom, has an artistic touch. Dining at the hotel is also good value for money with group purchase deals available.

This hotel is excellent! Our room had a direct view of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' in the afternoon, which was stunning. A big thanks to the manager for upgrading us to a room with a bathtub. The hotel itself is very new and modern. The next day, they conveniently arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport. The complimentary souvenir, especially the milk jujubes with nuts inside, was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, with a great selection of tasty side dishes. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The service was quite enthusiastic, and the location was pretty good too, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were all very welcoming, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked in. However, the parking lot layout felt a bit disorganized. When it's busy, some cars park haphazardly without anyone directing traffic, which can make getting in and out a bit difficult.

I didn't have high hopes for this non-chain hotel, but it actually exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the view was great, and the facilities were excellent, including a smart toilet and smart system. The wet and dry areas were separate, though the layout could be a bit more practical. The curtains were semi-automatic. The heating was quite strong, so much so that I had to open a window. There's also a self-service laundry room, perfect for those staying a bit longer for skiing or business trips. The only minor points were the limited breakfast variety and average taste, but I wouldn't call those downsides. Even though I only stayed one night, it left a lasting impression because it was the best accommodation of my entire trip to Altay 😂. Later, when I went skiing in Hemu, even a Holiday Inn costing over 4,000 yuan a night couldn't compare to this place. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience now. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and gets even better; it will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Altay.

Zunmao Gem Hotel is absolutely amazing! It's spotless, the shuttle service is excellent, and the location is superb – all my top three priorities were perfectly met. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are well soundproofed, and the staff is always available. The value for money completely blows other hotels in the same price range out of the water. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!
