I checked into this hotel directly after returning from my trip to Kanas. The room was clean and tidy, and there were many restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Compared to the cold and impersonal rooms in Kanas hotels, the rooms in this hotel were very warm and cozy. The hotel breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely terrible!! Avoid this hotel! I arrived at 2 AM. There was glue on the toilet seat, and a single, curled, unidentified hair stuck to it!! Disgusting!! I was in a hurry to use the toilet, so I wiped it off without taking a picture, thinking it was too late and I let it go!! Neither of the two outlets by the bed worked when I tried to charge my phone!! I tolerated that too!! But then something even worse happened!! A cockroach appeared on the wall by the bed!! Scurrying around on the wall!! I asked the front desk to change rooms, and after they changed the toilet, it was still the same!! The glue was still on it, was it even cleaned? Unbelievable!! This hotel is not worth the price!! Avoid this hotel!!

The location is convenient, surrounded by parks and restaurants. The room was fully smart-equipped, clean and tidy, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the water was hot – I took a hot shower. There's also a shared laundry room, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Many facilities bear the Yilan Hotel logo.

The hotel offers free parking, friendly service, well-equipped and spacious rooms with neatly arranged items, a comfortable mattress, and high-quality linens. The view from the window overlooks Swan Lake Park. The breakfast is plentiful, with delicious coffee and milk tea.

I don't know why none of the hotels I stayed at in Xinjiang this time had concierges... I asked the front desk if the concierge could help with my luggage. The front desk said, "What's a concierge? Are you looking for Mr. Li? Mr. Li isn't here right now." I had to explain to her that concierge is a department... The next day, my room card wouldn't work, so I asked her to fix it. She said we had already checked out. I asked how we could have checked out when we were still there. She said someone came and checked out, and she did it. I said please verify before you process anything next time, but she didn't even apologize or tell me who would verify? I really can't understand this front desk's shady practices. I suggest the owner replace the front desk staff immediately! Also, why is smoking allowed in the hotel? The elevator and lobby smelled of smoke. I asked the front desk to do something about it, and they actually said smoking is allowed in the lobby! I was shocked again. Did they change the law allowing smoking in public places themselves???

I stumbled upon this hotel; the environment and service were both excellent, and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean, and the view from it was lovely, especially since I was traveling with a child.
