The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and right on the waterfront of the river. The staff is very kind. The location is excellent right next to the cruise ships on the river.

Be aware
Pool water should have been heated and wasn’t

Staff was super friendly and courteous. Called to let me know our room was available early and also called after we checked out to let us know we left a mug there. Such a beautiful view from this property and it is right in the heart of A-Bay.

No internet
We had NO internet for the entire 3 night stay. each time i went to the office i was told something different. i know it does not ruin a vacation but an inconvenience.
Room was nice but mouse keeping not great. They brought towels, but did not make the bed. did not clean crumbs we got on floor.

Best view you can get. We booked a two bed suite on the first floor in the corner overlooking the harbour and the castle. Best location in town. Right next to the ferry to Boldt Castle. Really convenient.

The view, room and balcony were great. But the town the hotel was located in was awful. Plus the cleaning service folded out bathroom towels and didn’t even make our bed. The pool was buggy and gross. Hotel is conveniently located close to Uncle Sam’s Boat Tours. Which I suggest. Free coffee was available all day.
