Excellent
GGuest UserResort is very close to Alexandria and perfect for short getaway by the pool and beach. Facilities are clean and services are excellent. Nice buffet by the beach is included. Rooms are small but have nice setting between flowering bushes. Pool front rooms are priced higher. The resort is old but well maintained. Internet needs improvement and their restaurant food was too salty. We tried several dishes but only soups were to our liking. The price is on an expensive side but far better than staying in a hotel or apartment in Alexandria.
GGuest UserWe came to Hilton Corniche for one night before continue our trip to the North Coast but after the very kind welcoming and professional way of communication by the reception team, the very organised and clean beach , the excellent housekeeping and very good executive lounge We decided to continue and complete our trip in Hilton corniche. Special thanks to Sara (HHONER guest relationship supervisor).
BBeijingzhibeidesnowService: Breakfast is good. On the 12th floor, the view is very good, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The lobby staff is very strict in security checks, and the reception is warm and meticulous.
Environment: It is on the beach, which is OK.
Facilities: The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is relatively clean. The hotel is on the side of the coastal avenue, with a lot of vehicles, and the window insulation effect is not very good. There are fewer cars until about 1:00 in the evening.
Hygiene: It is not bad.
GGuest UserI don’t know if it’s the hotel’s location or some other reason, but the taxi driver can’t find me. The hotel itself is quite old, and it cannot be compared to that of a Hilton hotel in China.
The security check at the door is very strange. I stayed for two days and didn't use it at first. Then one time I suddenly asked for security check. I felt that the standards were inconsistent.
The room was okay and the bath water was quite comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be in a business district, and shopping and eating nearby are relatively convenient.
GGuest UserThis boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. We hope to come back. Ashraf El-Khadem EGYPTIAN EXPRESS
I would like to thank Mrs Joumana from guest relations. We faced some challenges when we arrived on the first days but she managed to turn our experience completely. The cleaning became perfect and all our requests were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the complimentary gesture offered by the hotel. I am leaving the hotel as a happy satisfied guest.
GGuest UserOne of my worst experiences so far, from a young receptionist named Paula, an unexpected person, and I don't show any respect and appreciation for the guests, and the hotel room is not very good, and there are many things to work very efficiently, like curtains, spoils, even water heater and connection cover. The electricity is not in good condition, and that's a big risk for children and people who don't have electricity experience even at the bathroom level, not to periodically provide personal cleaning in the bathroom and bathroom toilets for more than three days, nobody has even put paper toilets in the bathroom. The heat doesn't work very efficiently, and the carpet is dirty and unclean.
WWEIJIALocated in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice
AAnonymous UserI feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.
GGuest UserThe service in the lobby is great, and it is far from the city center. The hotel beach needs to cross a road to get there. The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The sanitary products in the room are not complete, such as towels, and there is no hair dryer. The service attitude of the waiters is good.
