Alexander Beach Hotel & Spa

Alexandroupolis|0.4km from Alexandroupoli's Lighthouse
We chose to make a direct reservation with the hotel in pursuit of securing the most favorable deal available. The rate we obtained was competitive, aligning well with those offered by other prestigious five-star establishments within the city. However, our initial impression upon entering the hotel was that it appeared rather ordinary. Regrettably, we were assigned a room located quite a distance from the lobby, which proved to be somewhat inconvenient given our need to navigate multiple flights of stairs, particularly with our baby stroller in tow. This logistical challenge became increasingly tiresome during our stay, as we found ourselves repeatedly carrying the stroller up and down the stairs whenever we wished to venture outside. This arrangement was far from comfortable and somewhat detracted from our overall experience. Another notable issue was the presence of dirty dishes left in front of the adjacent room upon our arrival, which remained unattended until our departure. This oversight did not contribute positively to our perception of the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. Furthermore, our disappointment extended to the condition of the tap water in our room, which exhibited a disconcerting greyish color and had an issue with leakage. This predicament made our efforts to wash up and enjoy a shower less than satisfactory. In summary, while we secured a competitive rate for our stay, our experience was marred by the inconvenience of our room's location, cleanliness concerns, and the subpar tap water quality.

We would like to thank all the hotel staffs exceptional service during our stay at the hotel. It was a birthday vacation of my husband, we felt appreciated for the little surprise of balloons in our room and a birthday cake for my husband. Stunning view from our room balcony, facing the Aegean sea. Breakfast was superb, nice pool side Greek style breakfast buffet! We had a wonderful vacation at Alexandroupolis, a lovely seaside town, hopefully we could return again in the future. What a beautiful beach resort!

The hotel is well located near the centre and the beach, but for the entire hotel there are only 3 parking places, which are always occupied, but the worst is price and supply. We visited the hotel for one night, on the 3rd day of August 15th, which you had no bed in Alexandru City.We went with my wife and my four-year-old son at 09:20 this morning for breakfast and we were sorry to see that they had Finish all the pie, all the pie and all the pancakes!!! They were left only very much basic breakfast. In our question, why there is no other one, they told us that the preparations were not properly prepared and they did not properly calculate the world .... Also, when I asked for fresh milk to be heated for my son, they told me that there was no possibility! So we're talking about a gas and a brick for a city hotel, also without realizing that they hadn't prepared for the people they'd be hosting, But as a sign of good will they could buy corresponding products from a oven in the area to satisfy the other customers who paid for breakfast and breakfast essentially did not eat ... And within all of this require 80€ for the ... Room is a pity, and should take professional improvement steps to the hotel or lower the price requested ...
