Residence Inn Algiers Bab Ezzouar

Having my best stay here! Been staying in Marriott since 2024 for business. The welcoming is always warm. The staff at the reception is extremely helpful with whatever. Always smiling. Also would like to prise one staff member from the restaurant- Merouane, who always greats us with a joyful smile and excellent attitude. Very polite and good mannered! The rooms in Residence are spacious, equipped and comfortable. The staff, which is in charge with cleaning are doing great job in keeping the room clean!

My stay was great! The staff has been very accommodating and nice. Merouane from the lobby bar has been soo sweet and positive, he made breakfast pleasant. Overall I cannot complain about anything.

Despite the problem I had with the door the breakfast was okay the staff was really good Massi was good, I would like to also thank fares for helping me with the billing issue and Hadjer for listening to all the worries related to stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless — it truly felt like a home away from home. A special thanks to Jamel (Reception Manager), Mehrez, and Sara for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The studios were compatible with my needs as they have a kitchen and living space, very interesting for me because I tend to have long stays with my work, the public area is small but cozy, we feel like at home with the friendly staff at the reception, too bad the cleaning is not done every day but I understand as it is like your own apparemment, the only inconvenient was the laundry was delivered late and I always need to go down to the reception to get my needs fulfilled the person who answer when I call the "0" doesn't do proper follow up, it is a bother to not be able to directly call the reception because sometimes the lift is busy so it's a hassle to go down also the gym equipment is lacking.
