With most hotels in Los Angeles costing over $1000, this one, at just over $700, immediately stands out for its excellent value. The hotel's environment is exceptionally high quality for this price point, and I was very pleased to find free parking, Chinese-speaking staff, and congee for breakfast. However, there are a couple of downsides. Firstly, it's quite a distance from Hollywood and Beverly Hills. If your itinerary is centered around those areas, I'd recommend staying closer to Burbank. Secondly, the facilities could use some improvement. The breakfast area is a bit small, and while there are washing machines and dryers, they look quite old and worn. Plus, there's only one set, which means long waits during peak times. It would be great if they could add more.

The room is quite spacey, and location is convenient and easy access to everywhere. Center of alhambra and pasadena. Safe and quiet environment. Only thing is the bathroom is too tight, need to waltz my way in everytime if I need to jump into the shower. Parking is free which is rare in LA... highly recommended if you are traveling under budget but still want to stay somewhere secure and worry free.

I would not recommend this hotel as I had a very bad experience. First off, they don't have parking for guests. The shower didn't work and the room had a bad odor. On top of that, the receptionist gave me terrible service when I checked in.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very satisfied! First off, parking in the courtyard felt incredibly secure. The lady at the front desk was very efficient and processed my check-in quickly, clearly explaining the hotel's facilities and their operating hours. The guest room was exceptionally spacious, clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities. What truly deserves praise is the abundant breakfast; they even had congee and pickled vegetables, and all the other food was fresh! All in all, my stay at this hotel felt like great value for money, and it's definitely worth staying again!

Excellent hotel and value. However if you’re in and out of the property then you may lose parking spot and you’ll end up parking your car to adjacent Walgreens pharmacy.

The hotel needs maintenance. TV has poor signals, and the aircom is too noisy.

I had so much fun here! The breakfast was great and the pool was constantly being cleaned! Will come back :)

Although the property is way dated and crying out for total renovation .However, the management works hard to compensate on good service and surprisingly quite clean. Breakfast should be improved with more varieties and better quality of foods. A big plus for the FREE HOT WATER and COFFEE 24/7 in the foyer.

The front desk staff speaks Chinese and English, so communication is no problem. They are very welcoming and patiently help with anything we don't understand. The breakfast is also very good 👍 Free parking is available.

Excellent! The staff were also exceptionally friendly. A top recommendation for Chinese guests! The breakfast was plentiful; it practically covered half the room rate just for breakfast! Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Los Angeles.
