Amazing stay

Old and run down in the middle of nowhere with no scenery around, but a wire fence giving you a nice prison atmosphere. Non existent service.

Our stay at Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional, truly reflecting the signature warmth and hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our experience incredibly special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Santosh, who beautifully decorated our room — the setup was stunning and added such a personal touch to our celebration. A very special mention to Aneesha for the handmade greeting card — such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly made us feel valued and welcomed. It’s these little details and genuine efforts by the team that elevate a stay from good to unforgettable. We left with beautiful memories and will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay filled with warmth and personalized care.

Taj Alibaug doesn't seem like Taj at all. Food was not at all Taj standards. Housekeeping was zero at work. Towels were stinking cleanliness was not at all up to the mark. Room service was very slow. Most of the staff were trainers . Sorry to say that I would never go balk again to this property.

Hi, I booked taj Alibaug , 2 rooms, from 18th -21st March, 3 nights…we were 3 adults and 2 kids…my daughter developed frequent vomiting on 1st night itself and the other kid faced same issue after 2nd night …due to her health we checked out on 19th only and other family check out on 20th March… there are 2 things 1. Quality of food is likely questionable 2. My refund hasn’t been processed even after 2 weeks despite mailing them card details.

My kids particularly enjoyed the kids play area, pet feeding, Dinner & Breakfast Buffet. I will definitely be returning!

Super luxurious and relaxing staycation 2hrs drive from Mumbai. The morning 2 hour flute session in courtyard, live sitar session at breakfast in restaurant and evening 2 hour live piano and singing session by Vaibhav were the highlights for a true music lover. The proximity to rabbits turkey ducks running around in gardens is a sight to behold. Special thanks to hospitality and service of Janhavi and Anushka at Amarantya restaurant to cater to our special Jain food needs very well. The outdoor mini golf and kids play area are also amazing ***** with 2 big swimming pools amidst mango trees. Definitely recommended and must visit.

Property is huge and room and bed sizes are good. However the check in and checkout was not smooth as my check in was delayed by 1 hour and took time also check out line was there. The food was okayish compared to other taj property I have stayed. SO there is scope for improvement there.
