The hotel was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were just wow! The hotel has 1 big pool and 1 rooftop pool that is heated. 25 min away from center of Alicante by public transport. Everything was 10/10.

Nice place to stay!!

We had reserved a room without a balcony. Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for 25 euros a day. We initially declined, but changed our minds after seeing the room we were given in the annex building. I must say, the only difference was definitely not just the balcony 😊. The rooftop pool, while a great concept, is very shallow. Moreover, when you ask for a towel there, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception to get one. If you want something to drink, you have to pay for it on the spot. If you ask to charge it to your room, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception again to process it for room connection. I couldn't understand why the hotel's name includes the word 'Beach,' as you have to walk for 18 minutes in 35-40 degree heat to reach the nearest beach. There were no slippers in the rooms. 👍 The parking facilities are excellent. 👍 The rooms in the main building are new and comfortable. 👍 If you have a car, the hotel's location offers easy access to everything in the area. 👍 Cleanliness is very good.

Excellent dinner and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a whole, breakfast was busy but again very worth it

The hotel facilities are great and very kid-friendly. There are two swimming pools and a water park for children. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. It's definitely a worthwhile choice.

The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.

Excellent service, really nice food, great location near the beach and excellent amenities for all family, I highly recommend this hotel.

A very decent choice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat. We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!
