Great location for a beach holiday, but it's a bit far from the city center. However, public transport is very convenient.

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible. Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower. Aircon (for heating) worked very well. No fridge (just for those really wanting one) Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach. Overall, a solid no nonsense hotel. 3* Superior is correctly classified.

Clean and comfortable.  Close to beach.  Need to get the tram into centre of Alicante.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast is served at 8am, which is very inconvenient, given all hotels usually serve breakfast from around 6-6.30am till 10am. I was there for business and had to miss breakfast as need to be in the office at 8am. Was not offered alternative even though I paid for breakfast. Hotel amenities are vary basic, everything looks old and outdated, curtains do not close.

Everything went well, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Convenient location near restaurants. If you rent a car, the free outdoor parking is convenient.

It is a very welcoming place with an excellent location to enjoy San Juan beach and its restaurants.

There's a kettle missing in the rooms, but otherwise it's a great hotel for the money.

Good location, friendly service, nice room, but terrible cleaning. The floor was swept carelessly and was full of sand, and it's a hotel near the beach. Aside from that minor detail, it's a pretty nice place.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice. When we arrived, the front desk was under renovation, so check-in was done at a small table next to it. The hotel is about a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the attractions, but there's a bus stop just one minute across the street that goes directly to the attractions, so taking the bus is very convenient. The hotel housekeeping staff were excellent; we usually went out in the morning and returned in the evening, and the room was always spotless. A particularly thoughtful touch was when one time we left our clothes on the bed in a rush, and the housekeeper folded them neatly for us. They also brought our takeout up to us, instead of the other way around. Overall, a good experience.

It was under renovation at the time, so I'm not sure how to comment on the environment and cleanliness. The service was good, though. The best part is that there's a bus stop right outside the main entrance, and a small train station is just a few minutes' walk away, making travel very convenient. It's a bit strange that there was no kettle or bottled water in the room.
