We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the owner who went out of her way to help us (even driving us to the restaurant we had booked in a difficult area to get to). The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice (cheese, ham, pastries, cakes and delicious bread, cafetiere coffee etc) and the owner made tasty scrambled eggs using local olive oil. Unfortunately we didn't eat dinner here (we wished we had as it looked excellent with lots of local dishes on offer). The property has a pleasant pool and garden area with lots of areas to relax. Overall we would highly recommend.

Gorges place! Best for relax. Great family owner. You should have a car to stay there. Parking is easy and free.
Ideal position if you are traveling around south shore of Portugal. I had a problem with key fob battery, and the owner vent to nearest town to by new one for me!!!Thank You!

This one of my favourite places so far, the staff exceeded expectations especially as I don’t speak Portugués and there English is basic, the rooms are great to, shame I’m only here for one night… would i recommend it, yes and the foods great to 👍🏻

Terrible service, super hot drink, terrible cleaning, no napkins, the room not equipped for eating, we spent unbearable heat under a closed tent, the tables were not even cleaned, the plastic cups, no milk for the coffee, and on top of that for To top it all off, an exorbitant price, you will never see my face there again. A 0 for the complex.

For me and my family it was a great experience... Our expectations were met and we were particularly pleased with the attention and affection of the entire staff... It also allowed us to interact with other guests. For my little ones it was unforgettable because it was the first time they were comfortable in a pool tailored to them. A big thank you to Dona Beatriz and her team for everything they gave us that makes us want to come back quickly. The icing on the cake was definitely last night’s dinner 👌

It's a calm place, in the middle of nowhere. People come from outside to the pool, but the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast is the least of the least. For each piece of food you bring from home to the pool, there will be a cost of €5. The photographs were taken after an alleged cleaning had been carried out. Which in my opinion was none, because everything was the same as the first day we arrived. Every corner had scuffed webs with scratches. The shower floor is in poor condition and when the water first runs, there is an unpleasant smell. The hostess is friendly and willing to help customers. It has everything to go well, but unfortunately the lack of attention, care and cleaning inside and outside spoils the stay.

Our stay at Monte dos wells was an extremely pleasant surprise. I loved spending 3 nights at this place! Super quiet, beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. I felt at home. We were very well received. The restaurant has great food! Dn Beatriz is a unique host. I recommend. I recommend and recommend!! 10 stars.

Very easy place to find, with everything very good, but the best part was the hospitality and proximity of D. Beatriz who made us feel at home, with spectacular meals. Without a doubt, we will return, to make the most of it and have more time. It should be noted that initially we had only made a reservation for 2, but we ended up taking our children, and that there was an immediate openness and readiness to put in place all the conditions to welcome us all. Nice space overall. Points to mention would be, in relation to the loud music and disproportionate to the calm environment that is supposed to be there. The breakfast is very basic, without fruit or typical Alentejo products and very limited opening hours. Bathroom in the room without hand soap. A lot of ants appeared in the room. The fact that people from outside the accommodation come to the pool takes away the peace of mind for those who want to enjoy a little rest, they should at least let them know.
