Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, all aspects are good, breakfast is simpler, the room is very good; there is a microwave in the room, I buy food in the supermarket, heating to eat; Arrive at the airport to pick up your luggage, you can call the hotel or call a free shuttle bus through Ctrip customers. I let Ctrip customers do it and it will be there in 20 minutes. Leaving the hotel to the airport, inform the front desk half an hour in advance to get a free shuttle bus, I am one day in advance.
This stay wasn’t as pleasant as the last. Once again, we arrive, check in and go straight to the room. We unpack, and yet again the ac isn’t working. So yet again our first night there and we have to change rooms again. Mind you we booked this hotel for 5 of the last 7 days. Lol. Didn’t mind switching rooms because in the heat I have a hard time breathing due to health issues. Half way thru this stay an elevator gets stuck. We notified the guy behind the desk and he says “my boss called” but take the steps until I can look at it. Crazy!!!
The hotel is located on the right side of the road opposite the University of Pittsburgh, close to pitt and cmu. Hotel facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is noisy, and overall it is OK.
Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!
This hotel is near the airport, the facilities are very old, the front desk is on the third floor, the room is on the first and second floors, the design is a bit strange. The most unacceptable thing is breakfast, too simple, there is a little cereal and milk, even bread, travelers should pay attention. The price is not high
Overall, it feels OK, specifically: the free breakfast is good, you can make waffles by yourself. The location is relatively general, the overall environment and service hardware are good.

Room was very clean. Very comfy beds and lots of pillows. Staff was kind. Breakfast could have been better.
