Almaty Grand Erbil Hotel

Celebrated my birthday in this fabolus hotel which is so convenient & amazing staffs, very friendly & approachable. Good Cost w/ great food which is so worth it selections of different food on breakfast & chocolates. My room also is quite good w/ balcony & bath tub. Not far from the city easy to take online trabsport. A lot of amenities as well 100% recommended. Will surely come back again! Kudos to all the staffs.

Amazing hotel with incredible value for money! I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mildom Hotel in Almaty. This is truly an impressive hotel, and for the price, I honestly don’t think you can find a better option. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! There was a huge variety of food, and everything was very delicious. My only recommendation is to come closer to the opening time, because later some dishes may become cold and they are not always kept warm. However, even then, the breakfast was still very enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom was also excellent. I especially loved the facilities included in the stay - the free swimming pool and spa are a great bonus and make the hotel feel much more premium. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They are always ready to help if you need anything. I also liked that the hotel sometimes calls your room to ask if you would like tea or coffee, it’s a small detail, but it shows great attention to guests. The only thing that was a little confusing was the air conditioning system. At first, it was not obvious how to turn it on, and some of the switches are hidden behind the wardrobe. I had to figure it out by trial and error. But this is a very minor issue, especially because the staff are always willing to assist. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic experience. Great rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities, and very helpful staff. For this price, it feels like a real luxury experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The receptionist was so lovely and spoke excellent english. the accommodation is basic but nice and quiet. there’s a microwave, hot water, hair dryer plus the water pressure is really good! 20 mins from the airport so good for a morning flight.

Great Stay. Value for money. The breakfast was really worth it. I just hoped the T&B and the rooms could've been cleaner.

I was very impressed that they provided such an excellent breakfast for the low room rate of $12. It is close to the airport. There is also a shopping mall nearby.

The hotel is an excellent choice because of its price, location and facilities available for guests. The staff is responsive and good. There are a few convenient stores nearby, and a late-night doner place. Overall not a bad place to stay.

This hotel is definitely one of the most affordable ones in the city, and it has a good location. There are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, and a free breakfast buffet for guests. There is also a sauna and a hammam at the lower ground level. Overall, a good stay experience at this hotel.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was comfortable. The wifi wasn’t the best. It kept disconnecting. The staff was nice. Close to the airport which was nice!

All good and everyone friendly. Also good English at the reception. But my room was never made within 5 days which was a pity
