Overall, my stay was quite good. The location is excellent, not far from both the train and bus stations, easily accessible on foot, which made getting around very convenient. Both the room and common areas were clean, and the facilities were adequate. It's a good choice for solo travelers, offering decent value for money.

Absolutely love the style here – it's minimalist, elegant, clean, and tidy, just a pleasure to look at. The front desk lady was very nice and spoke excellent English. I appreciate having a hot water kettle, they clearly know Chinese people love hot water.

A very convenient and clean hostel. Many Chinese guests stay here. It's very close to the bus station and also to Lake Sairan. It gets lively with many people at night! There's a Malatang (Sichuan hot pot) restaurant right at the entrance. There's also a small market nearby where you can shop and use Alipay. The Naryn restaurant by the entrance is great for gatherings, with good ambiance and food, but the portions are large, so it might be a bit expensive for one person.

Kazakhstan has a scarcity of good hotels, and I even had clothes stolen during my trip. However, this hostel was excellent and very satisfying! It's especially recommended for Chinese travelers entering Kazakhstan by land and arriving at the SAYRAN passenger terminal.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean with no strange odors. It had all the amenities I needed, and the service was very thoughtful. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to my friends, haha!
