1. **Surroundings:** Downstairs there's a huge park, and you can see snow-capped mountains right from your room. Plenty of buses downstairs offer direct routes to the city center. 2. **Room Amenities:** The room provides drinking water, shower facilities, and complimentary slippers. 3. **Hostel Common Areas:** The hostel is well-equipped with a kitchen, a dining room, hot and cold water, and a fairly large common area for activities. 4. **Stay Experience:** The guests here are all very considerate, making it an ideal place for solo travelers.

I stayed here because I was departing from the Sayran bus station the next day. It's located across the lake, so you can easily reach the bus station with a short walk. On the first floor, there's a fruit shop, and further inside, there's a market. It's also close to the bus stop, making it easy to get to the city center by bus. There's a kitchen and dining area, so you can do some simple cooking. Tea is provided free of charge, and sugar is available. The shower water pressure was quite low, but it was still usable. I had no issues with cleanliness. Towels were available for free upon request. A washing machine cost 500 tenge, and there was also a dryer. It seemed that handwashing was prohibited here as well. There was a drying rack in the room, and since it was dry, my clothes dried in half a day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they cleaned the facilities even at night, keeping everything tidy.

I used the dormitory and the room was clean with good sturdy lockers, which was great. Also, the washing machine was cheap to use, which was a plus.

The entrance is on the first floor of the green and white building shown in the second image. There's no elevator, so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. The facilities are new and clean, including the restrooms. The bed sheets and blankets were also spotless. The common areas are well-equipped. If you need towels, you can get them at the reception. It's a bit far from the center of Almaty. The nearest subway station is about a 30-minute walk, but there's a bus stop very close by. There's a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. You cannot store your luggage after check-out.

The location is excellent. There's a fruit store downstairs, and a 24-hour convenience store just a short walk away. Getting around is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside.

Convenient central location. The room has everything you need. Pretty good for a hostel.
