During my check-in I was surprisingly faced that my room which is called on TRIP.COM web site “superior single room” turned out the ROOM WITHOUT ANY WINDOW. It was absolutely shocking to me. (There was a kind of outer part of facade with drawed sky, but without window inside the hotel room.) The reception replied: “you have booked the “economy single standart” - but I DID NOT. They have presented for the booking reference with ”economy room”, but I’m not agreed anyway. I’m not going in with idea that hotel room may be without any window at all. It seems to me GENERAL DEGRADE option. So they asked me to request the trip.com. Finally I have requested for any room with window. I have been updated for additional price BY CASH. After arguing with staff for so a long time and late time as well. Approx 11pm Conclusion: not recommended. However, I would like to request the TRIP.COM for this enormous inconvenience a parthly refund for that I was faced to. NOT OK AT ALL. dm me asap for details

The location is incredibly convenient. There are direct buses to all the major attractions, and the direct bus to Jungfraujoch is just a four or five-minute walk away. The hotel is located inside an old shopping mall, and directly across the street, there's a large, new mall with a Gmart supermarket, making it super easy to buy anything you need. The Turkish restaurant next to the hotel is both cheap and delicious, and there are plenty of other food options in the mall across the street.

Garbage. There was no hot water in the bathroom, I almost froze to death, and the floor was slippery. They didn't even call me when my belongings went missing. The room was hot as hell. But on the bright side, I was happy to see a Chinese toothbrush in a foreign land.

Something about the vibe of this hotel feels old and minimal. Or room didn't have real windows which also is a bit on the negative side, but objectively, the room itself felt clean and size was ok. The stuff were helpful despite the language barrier. Went down to the desk to ask for replacing the electric kettle and by the time I was up I saw the room service lady already marching towards my room with the replacement. Location is also very convenient, and the nearby mall as well as attached store complex can help solve any material needs.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well; there was mold. The hotel smelled of cigarettes, even though it's a non-smoking property. There were cockroaches too!

Air conditioning didn’t work in my room, the thermostat said the room was 27 degrees and the room didn’t really have a window to open. The window was an opening to a plastered image of a blue sky and behind it looked like the corridor of another building. The shower one night took like 5 minutes to warm up, another time the shower warmed up in 1 minute.

Convenient location, easy to get around, and clean. It's good.

We were in room 420 for two consecutive nights. On the morning of the second day, we specifically requested that only the bathroom be cleaned. However, when we returned in the evening, it still hadn't been done, so we had to call a housekeeper again. The strangest thing was that when we came back around 7 PM local time, we saw two people knocking on our door and actually opening it. When we asked what they were doing, they said they were housekeepers checking for a bathroom leak, but we hadn't reported any issues. Then, around 1 AM, someone knocked on our door again and tried to use a key card to open it. I shouted at them, and they left. Since we're foreign guests and there was a language barrier, we were so scared that we didn't sleep well all night and checked out at 6 AM the next day. Also, I bumped my leg on the metal frame of the bed in the middle of the night!

The proximity to the shopping centers and amenities around  cannot be beaten. My aim was to go to the ski resort and the bus stop being across the street made it so much easier

I booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms looked very different from the pictures online. The Wi-Fi in both rooms was completely unusable for the entire two days. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would fix it, but there was no improvement whatsoever. There was no drinking water provided in the room, nor was there a kettle. The hotel also didn't offer breakfast, not even for a fee. The rooms were not soundproof.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from a large shopping mall with a big supermarket offering everything you need for food and supplies. It's in the city center but still avoids the traffic jams. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the drain was a bit slow, so showers had to be quick.

Slightly old hotel. Location was good, bedding was new. But plumbing system was worn down. Cleaning service was almost none existent

Everything is old and broken in the room. Kettle is broken, no water bottles in the room. They put a dispenser in the corridor. No tea or coffee bags in the room. Shower/shampoo finished. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly, cups were not washed. I had a problem with closing the door properly, as it got stuck repeatedly. The bed was comfortable though, and the location is central, which is why I chose this hotel in the first place.
