Very friendly staff. The room cleaning could use a little more attention. The restaurant is a bit repetitive. The pool is small. The entertainment and atmosphere are really great. It's a shame that the prices have increased considerably.

The hotel is fantastic, very comfortable and all the staff are very attentive. The buffet is very well stocked. Great for going with children. They gave us a very spacious room, with a terrace and hammocks. The beach is very close, and there are many services around (restaurants, supermarket,...). We will be back soon.

As every year, a comfortable hotel. A BIG FAILURE: THE BATH LINEN (Towels) ARE AUTHENTIC SANDY TAPE. I don't think they have been changed since it opened. It is unfortunate for the price and the good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

First time at this hotel and I can assure you that we will continue coming back. Perfect location, close to the beach and very quiet. The perfect place to rest. As for the staff, I can only say that they are EXCELLENT, they provide a close and familiar treatment and it is something that is appreciated because they make you feel at home. The food is very good and varied. The children have a great time and parents can rest easy thanks to the entertainment service. In general, a 10!!! Thanks to Manolo, Lucía, Isidro and Ana in the bar, Daniel and Ana in the buffet restaurant, Belén and Manu in entertainment, Mónica Montes in the kitchen... Sorry to those we haven't named, you are also fabulous!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH and keep up the good work!!! We will be back!!!!

My daughter and I have been here for 6 days and it has been the best holiday we have had so far. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are very well maintained. The pool slides are a hit for children and adults, the hotel is in a great location 100 metres from the beach... But without a doubt what has made our holiday unbeatable has been the hotel staff, from reception, cleaning, bar, maintenance, entertainment with Belén at the front and all the restaurant staff, with special mention to our favourite waiter Jesús, very professional and attentive to us. We will definitely be back next year😉. Laura

Hotel with a good location, 5 minutes walk from San Cristobal beach. Spacious and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast (this was the option we booked) with a wide variety. Nice pool although at times it can be small for the number of guests. Pleasant and varied recreational activities every day, especially good recreational activities for children. I definitely recommend it.

It's a good hotel. We stayed for a week and we were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the buffet was good, with a lot of variety and themed dinners. The service from the wait staff was very good, they always asked me if I needed anything for the baby. Special mention to David, Ana, Maria and Jesus who always had some time to spend with my children. The entertainment was good, thanks to Belen for her involvement in celebrating my son's birthday. If I have to find a fault it is that the pool floor is very slippery and there were times when there were "older" children throwing themselves down the small slide and the lifeguards did not care. In general, my experience has been very positive. I definitely think we will return.
