Overall it's okay. Interior is a little out of dated but bed is comfy. Got a bathtub . Need more lighting , it's a bit too dim in the room.

We can see menara alor setar directly from our room.great hotel..my kids love their bathtub. Location is also very strategic.lots of dining options available nearby.

Thank you so much for upgrading us to the VIP room. We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

Cleanliness looks like 1 star hotel and cant order grab food and drinks MUST ORDER IN THEIR HOTEL’s cafe. ????? I dont get it

I had a very disappointing at this hotel. The room felt old and poorly maintained, with dim lighting that made it look dark and gloomy. The bedsheets had visible stains, which made me feel uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the place. To make things worse, the bidet in the bathroom was spoilt. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

This was our third time staying here and we were dissapointed with our room. This particular room looked run down and jaded. The furniture and fittings have definitely seen better days. The cistern of our wc was not working as it should. We complained and somebody came to fix it, twice! But the problem never went away until we checked out after spending 2 nights at the hotel. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe only this particular room had been neglected because the rooms we stayed before were very nice. I'll try again next time and pray that I get a different room.

Hotel is centrally located in city centre and conveniently connected to surrounding attractions and eateries by foot or by transport. Services by Hotel staffs and crews are good and warm. Rooms are proportionately large and comfy & well maintained. TV reception is hopeless though. Breakfast spread is not satisfactory. Not much choices and taste is bland. I would suggest not to purchase rooms with breakfast package and use this savings to purchase tastier and more cost effective breakfast from any eateries from shops near the hotel... You're welcome. Parking is also a headache during peak periods... Not only is the fact that the parking is uncovered, whatever parking spaces that is available is very limited. Other than that, overall, this hotel provides good value for money accommodation and services. Oh yes, the main lobby is soo spacious and soothing place.
