2nd stay over at this hotel. This time round some parts of the room is a bit more aged not so well maintained. Overall it's still recommended as it makes me feel safe with security always patrolling, friendly staffs, nice cooling big lobby.

I can say it is the one of the good hotels in Alor Setar. Air Con a bit noisy but overall is ok. Breakfast simple but ok.

Location close to restaurants, convinience store and hypermarket Lotus’s.. Room was spacious and clean with extra pillow in the closet.. The breakfast taste delicious..

No heater on that day, gym aircond not working, first check in room smelled of strong cigarettes, no toothbrush  provided but shaving kit given , can purchase toiletries for rm1 from reception, given a 200/night hotel, these should be complimentary upon request. Bed sheets had blood stains and hair from previous occupants, only good thing is, aircond in room is strong and cooling.

always the go to hotel if go to kedah. the breakfast was nice, bilik pun quite spacious. will definitely repeat if nak trip ke kedah lagi

Very very normal hotel for the price. Whole room a bit dim. Carpet not too new. Hair dryer spoilt. No recycle bags given.

This hotel has a very nice spacious room and very comfortable big high bed loved it. I think they has improved the room compare the last time which is good. The staff also on time and friendly.

The hotel is good for its RM220 price tag. The breakfast is not very good but acceptable. There are many food stalls nearby and it is close to Lotus’s. This hotel is more suitable for a transit stay and is not recommended for a vacation. A RM100 deposit is required upon check-in.

Recommended. Near to Lotus. Got a lot of choices food. Breaksfast okay. Pools okay. Got gym. Have a nice view for sunset and sunrise.

Overall is ok for business stay, alot of food restaurant nearby, lotus's is just opposite for walking distance

Great hotel. Clean n spacious rooms. Located near Maybank and Lotus mall. Many food outlets nearby as well. Ample parking space too and free of charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
