The air conditioning was great, and the owner was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and there was plenty of free parking. The milk from the farm was delicious and fresh.

always stay in this hotel for outstation work, never noticed there’s more rooms at another wings. But city view room is way better than corridor view 😂 Prefers good lighting from city view room.

A front desk staff member should be able to understand the customer’s needs and follow clear instructions. On that day, I had three bookings. I specifically informed the staff to prioritize my first VIP guest, who is elderly and required immediate access to the room. However, the staff chose to process all the bookings slowly one by one instead of following the instruction given. As a result, my elderly guest had to wait unnecessarily for a long time. In addition, when I entered my own room, I found that the toilet was not properly cleaned and there was hair inside. This was quite disappointing and does not reflect the expected standard of cleanliness. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve the service and housekeeping standards.

The hotel is beautiful and nice, but there's no towel rack in the bathroom. 😢

Hotel is clean, bed is comfort, I’ve tried so many hotels in that area during CNY, finally I found one 😭 but still it’s not comparable to 4/5 stars hotel, I’ll just stay for my next trip !!

Stayed a few hotels in Alor Setar, this is considered good enough for business travel. Clean and bed is firm enough. Gym room was not useable at the time of staying. They have special milk for sale, rich milk taste.

Great hotel, strategic location. Everything worked as expected: a well-maintained hotel, soft bed, clean mattress, large towels, and cool air conditioning.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient since the shower and toilet share the same door. No toothbrush was provided, and the soundproofing could be improved as well. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

The room has an industrial feel. I like the firm mattress, nice cool and silent aircon. Lightings were cozy. The down side is no hot water and the tv only has 3 channels. Is ok for an overnight stay.
