It is a decent hotel with private car parks and near to many eateries. The surrounding can be abit noise.

The bed was okay, but the toilet wasn't satisfactory. We also got a room at the very end of the hall, even though I was with my mother who uses a wheelchair. I thought they might have considered giving us a room closer to the front. Anyway, the staff was quite friendly.

Had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it super easy to move around Alor Setar and visit local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a good night's rest. Friendly staff and great value for money. Perfect for a short trip!

Nice place to stay I had a wonderful stay at Seri Malaysia. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful whenever needed. I also appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. The location is also convenient as it’s near the KFC or food stall at Merdeka Garden .Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel , I will definitely come back again!

The hotel facilities are just fine. The amenities is sufficient. . Overall staying is good.

The shower water flow is slow, as is the sink tap. The fridge is rusty and not functioning. The toilet bowl is dirty.

Good 1. Love their calm and old colonial style buildings . 2. Hotel staffs was polite and helpful. Not good 1. Hotel amenities was really old . Some of their chairs inside the rooms was broken . 2. Hotel breakfast buffet too little options .

Just nice during emergency. Most of hotels were sold out so we got no choice. Luckily the room is spacious but leather supply is too slowm hope they will improve
