Our bathroom dirty especially on shower tiles. During checkout at 12pm only got 1 staff on duty. Took around 15 minutes to get served

The Wi-Fi is really bad. Even though the technician is helping us check, it still keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, very unstable. At last, I had to spend more to buy a day pass for data.
