Absolutely good experience in BW, the staff is friendly and the room is quite comfortable, I have recommend this hotel to my friend. It offers body lotion, body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner, I think is convenient for girls travelling. But I also saw the low rate guarantee on the key card, so I suggest other book on BW official website, which will be cheaper than the Trip.

The hotel was so poorly maintained and managed. The front desk staff were outrageously unwelcoming and unhelpful, providing absolutely no assistance. They only asked people to wait, but nothing happened at the end of the day. Many parts and amenities in the room were found broken, including lights in the bathroom and some sockets. And during our two nights, they didn't make up our room even once, while our room keys (and many other guests') were found malfunctioning.
And just on way out to check out, the ceiling just steps away from our room was falling!
In short, this hotel is unforgettably horrible, unfriendly and dangerous!

I stayed 3 nights. Our family room was on 3/F. It was big and clean but the bathroom really needs a renovation, because the water pressure of the shower was very low. Our shower time was 3 times more than usual. It would be better to have more hooks/racks in the bathroom. There was no place to put my clothes.
There was no bottle water on the first day but there were 2 on the second day and none on the third day…
It was strange that the key cards needed a reset every day without a reason…

Highly disappointed about "low standards" of hotel room - room was nothing like photo on ******* site. Bed had a Wooden headboard& so uncomfortable - noisy could even hear people using toilet next door & toilet flushing in the night !!.
Windows had excessive condensation & no air con" Old style shower with mixer taps, over a bath. Bed smaller than average hotel size of double-bed . Stain on chair.
Leaking toilet cistern.
Church bells were very loud- 9am til 9.30am, on a Sunday woke me up - i would not stay here ever again.
Told reception staff on check out but no offer of any discount of £51 i had paid before arrival. Should of asked for a refund & moved to a different hotel when i first saw the room.

Regularly stay here when attending Manchester United home games. Good value with easy parking and very near to town center. Excellent ram service into Manchester. Beer a little pricey in the hotel but there are nearby alternatives. Breakfast OK.
