麼想到酒店這麼的漂亮，有室內泳池和室外泳池，酒店早餐也很豐富，早餐的水果很新鮮。酒店服務人員態度很好非常熱情。

I didn't expect that the hotel is so beautiful, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the fruits for breakfast are very fresh. The hotel service staff are very nice and very welcoming.

We chose Alvor for our first visit to Portugal and booked this hotel. The hotel is in a great location by the beach, which is what we wanted. There’s a lift to the beach but we used the stairs, a short walk down. The views from the hotel were fantastic and the communal areas of the hotel are fabulous. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of choice. The breakfast staff are very attentive - definitely 5* when it comes to breakfast. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel isn’t 5*, the A/C doesn’t work and the rooms clearly need a bit of TLC to warrant the star rating it claims to hold. Overall our stay was great but the facilities didn’t equate to the cost. The staff do an excellent job but are let down by poor investment into the hotel.

This hotel is lovely,  perfect location for a beach getaway. It was busy due to the time of year but the hotel was very relaxing and the staff were first class. Rooms were beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. Very quiet in the evenings. Slept like a log every night, it was bliss. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace,  great choice of fresh food. I would recommend this hotel and would love to return in the quieter months.

Positives are staff are very friendly..location over beach....very good breakfast....negative not 5 star worn dirty stained carpets....bad smell s in bathroom of our room and around complex near beach....expensive at poolside bar.....some staff forgetful...buffet dinner not good....hotel is dated and too expensive for what it is...
