Ample room space and working amenities. It's just a short walk from Amagasaki station and have plenty of convenience shops and restaurants around the area for a late night meal. The single room had a big bed, and enough lights that isn't blindingly bright. Heated toilet seats with a bidet and bathtub. The small downside is that it faces the local fire station. Sometimes the alarms may blast at unexpected times. Breakfast was a little repetitive, but great regardless.

Great experience with clean room,polite staff and grateful catering. Delicious breakfast make our journey fruitfully!

The service of the hotel is really nice. It just a few stop to USJ and expo. If you are a budget traveler looking for cozy hotel in amagasaki, this must be a good one!

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel for 4 days. The hotel was better than expected. The room was large enough for luggage. Bed was cozy and clean. Air conditioning was quiet. The location was convenient - 10 mins walk to subway station via a bridge, and 10-15 mins to Shinsaibashi via subway. I’d recommend this hotel.

The room was a little dated, but there were no particular issues with using it. I don't think there was an option to select a check-in time on trip.com, but for some reason the hotel had set it to 18:00. As of 14:30, the room was not ready and I was unable to check in, so those who want to check in early should be aware of this. (My room was ready for me at 17:00)

The hotel lobby is quite grand, with old-school five-star configuration. It is normal that the rooms are a little old because the hotel is quite old. Overall, the service level is still relatively high compared to the five-star hotels such as Furama newly renovated in China 20 years ago. The rooms are spacious and soundproofed. I also received two instant noodles as gifts when I checked in on Women's Day (^.^)

I stayed for multiple nights, and they changed the sheets and towels and cleaned the room without me having to specify. The facilities are old and show signs of age.

I requested a non-smoking room, but was shown to a smoking room on a smoking floor. I couldn't stand the smell, so I asked to change. The reservation did say it was a non-smoking room.

I was really grateful that I was able to use the bath during the fitness gym's opening hours and relieve my fatigue. If I had to say one thing, it would be even better if there were room keys for each person. As for meals in the hotel, we missed the last order for dinner, so we reserved breakfast at a special price for guests and enjoyed the buffet, including Amagasaki champon, which is made with locally produced agricultural products. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed and pillows were perfect, and the city view was beautiful at night and the sea view in the morning. The view was also wonderful. The shower head and hair dryer were of high quality and we were very satisfied. We are members of the Miyako Plus app and check-out is at 11:00. This will be our regular place to stay from now on.
