It’s a beautiful boutique small family run hotel. The owner speaks impeccable English and must be the friendliest hotel owner ever! All staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean with a balcony overlooking the bay and a powerful shower. The hotel is a 20 minute steep walk down to the town. Taxis cost £2 each way. Breakfast was huge with an impressive display including homemade breads, jams, olives and homegrown varieties of lettuce and herbs.

The hotel is renovated, very clean! Workers know and love their job; i.e. rare + laughing faces. Congratulations on business. The roof restaurant view is unique; clean + delicious. Room had amazing view, very quiet and peaceful off season. We parked our car and never had to use it again since the location was in walking distance to everywhere you might want to go to. Sleep in the old castle district with the voice of the waves thinking about the Genovese times.

Very comfortable room, clean with great bathroom. Small extras like a kettle or complimentary bottles of water could improve the comfort. No breakfast. Parking really difficult everywhere in Amasra on weekends. Be careful : some rooms are on the 5th floor, without elevator. Got there with a bronchitis, I thought I would die in the stairs. Maybe this could be mentioned in the hotel information.
