Central enough (expect to walk/bike) somewhat characterless.

I booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again.

It is not good... Invasion of privacy and lost my shoe covers. I booked a room on 27-10 at Mercure on and my friend booked for next day. When we checked in at the first day, we informed the circumstance to the reception. She clearly said that it could be the same room for 2 nights, hence we have no need to check in again and change a room after one night stay. However, we found our room in a mess when we came back at 28th night. Our personal bags are opened and filled with stuff that we put outside the bag, which is, without Our permit!! They opened Our bags full of our private stuff even without telling us!!! My friend's teethbrush and slippers are put together, face to face. What's more, I found my rainy day shoes cover missing. I called the reception on 28-10 and she told me that she would inform me next day morning. But When we checked out there is still no information. And the girls at the reception has changed so I had to explained the whole thing once again. They asked for my email address and said that they would send email to me as I need to leave. But, until now, there is none in my mailbox.

Great hotel, very zen hotel, nice clean neat room, with very friendly reception and night reception, close to the center good location, will definitely go back

I wish we could have seen a little more of the town center from the room, but the view was still nice. The breakfast included hot* dishes and pancakes, so it was just right for a two-night stay. The only thing that was disappointing was that there wasn't any jam or maple syrup replenished. There was a snack corner near the entrance, which was convenient. I'd like to stay here again.

An ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!

Clean, quiet, very good, very close to Amersfoort Station Centraal

Check-in went smoothly. Room was very large and clean. Parking was cheap and is located directly in the underground car park (access to the hotel). The location was great! Direct shopping, 10 minutes walk to the main train station/city center.
