Awful service, check in and attitude. Boost as a “luxury” property but i have had better hotels and service at 2 star hotels lol

Reikart House was great, but there’s really not much in Buffalo. Niagara Falls is pretty cool for about 2 or 3 hours.

Property is beautiful inside and out
Room can’t me more welcoming, with every single small touch to make your stay feel like you are on a presidential suite. Fresh cookies and water complimentary (delicious cookies bakes fresh everyday)
The rooms are immaculate which is the most important for us. Marble throughout, beautiful rooms, floors, foyer, front desk, decor, everything is perfect

Buffalo
Driving across the United States from Eugene OR to Boston we stopped in Buffalo. This was a great hotel with a superb restaurant. Excellent service and very high end comfortable room. I will be back.

Excellent
From the beginning, the front desk clerk was professional and friendly. Helpful, concerning dinner plans after our concert. Suggested a few places. Overall, our experience was awesome! Our room was clean and in perfect order. Our mattress was like sleeping on a cloud😆and the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
