Located at a stone's throw away from rainbow street this is a very nice boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Wifi is complementary. The breakfast was very good. Special mention for the staff and especially the manager of the hotel who were very helpful in arranging a rented car.

Budget friendly, good location for the rainbow street, some walking to the city center and to sights, Hotel is in one floor of some former business building rooms are big and nicely decorated. No sound proofing, bathroom needs to be renovated, towels changed (they are old) , the breakfast was on the poor-is side, the morning-breakfast boy, who worked there was a bit rude and unwilling to help with our requests such as a taxi ordering or excursion arranging. on the checkout they charged us with a coffee which we thought it is complementary like in almost every hotels nowadays. The hotel was nice but some of these experiences made us very disappointed...

The hotel is located near the central Rainbow street and the downtown is in walking distance. The lobby is nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds, but the bathroom was outdated with old towels. The breakfast is simple, but ok. The old lady, the owner I think, offered us a coffee when we asked for a hot water. We understand that the coffee was a gesture, a welcome drink, but the bill for it waited for us when we checked out. The short, bearded guy at the reception was pretty uninformed and unfriendly, he was unable to call a taxi for us. The hospitality of locals was great through whole Jordan except in this hotel.

The location is perfect 👌 to what i had for in Amman. Downtown is to be reached in few minutes walk.

Excellent value. Stayed 7 nights and loved the way the setup facilitated community. AC was perfect and much needed in the 100 degree heat. It was a short walk to excellent shawarma as well as to downtown shopping district. Much to see and do nearby. The staff(and owners) were very willing to help. If you love antiques and buying the real middle eastern stuff (lamps, rings, mother of pearl and much much more) they are very much worth buying it there rather the Shops that sell cheap imitations. In fact go just to see the real stuff !

From the outside main street side it is unassuming. However from their main entrance it is well decorated. The rooms are nice in size, with an home atmosphere with rooms grouped together to have family and friends in close proximity. The staff, Fady and Mousan,(forgive me if it's mispelled) were very personal and kind in making sure we were well taken care of. We will stay here again. We loved it!
