The room was clean. Front desk staff are pleasant and respectful. I have faced an issue while checking in because the room type advertised was not what I got.. I paid extra to get the third bed that was included in the room type I paid for, When extending my stay, the hotel have refunded that extra amount which confirmed I was right from the beginning. The breakfast is very disappointing: pastries are sad looking, cold cuts don't' look appetising, only two types of bread no sourdough loaf or baguette, also, the staff are horrible there, no good morning no smiles and especially the creepy chef behind the glass making the eggs!! he acts shocked when you talk to him and ask him for an omelette and then makes it in a different way than then you choose!! The hotel was great when I visited in 2023 but now it's really sad to see them in this state. Finally, I came once to the room at night and the windows were left wide open, my guess was that housekeeping left it that way from the morning. The room was freezing of course because it was January. 

facility a bit old especially the shower room. door cannot be opened tightly so when you took shower the water would split out from the door gap. breakfast was okay , not many choices.

The Air Condition is controlled by the reception set on fan mood most likely it was hot all over night , there was hair in the bathroom :( not cleaned well there is nearby Disco very loud unbelievable noise at night

The service staff has a bad attitude. The facilities are old and mostly broken. The sockets in the room basically don't work. There is a lot of external noise! Don't stay here. Old antiques in the hotel.

The price should be cheaper, the room is small

We were amazed with the hotel great hospitality and service!! Everyone has been doing great job. More appreciation for Odai and wadeea for their kindness and concern to any request we have asked for!! And I would like to thank Mohammed from the valait team and the whole team,Deya as well!! The area and location is superb!! Al qase Metropole is very clean and qousy place! They have nice and quality of food and beverages in the restaurants !! Highly recommend Tariq

I stayed 5 nights at Al Qasr hotel in July 2025 on a business trip. Very good hotel, the staff are very polite and helpful, thanks a lot to all. The rooms are quiet and nice with everything you need, including coffee and tea. The hotel is located in a quiet area, mostly residential of central Amman. Good AC. Every room has a little balcony, which is also nice. Good bedding. Good WIFI. Nice lobby. The only downsides I would note is hot water - not really hot, and the breakfast - no buffet, you have to be served, so it is a bit slow as a result, not great when you are in a rush in the morning. There are three restaurants attached to the hotel, I tested only the Garden restaurant, which is nice, with a good choice of various tasty food, reasonable prices and again very friendly staff. For those interested, they do serve alcoholic beverages. All in all, a good choice at reasonable prices.

A very good hotel. Our welcome was friendly and the staff were very helpful with our luggage and settling in. The bedroom was large and well appointed (safe, tea and coffee making facilities and, for the ladies, inside the wardrobe). The bathroom was equally well appointed (hairdryer, etc). There is free wi-fi in all rooms and public areas. The hotel has three restaurants, fitness facilities and is within walking distance of all major banks, shopping arcades and business centres. Can certainly recommend.

I travel often through Amman for business and Al Qasr is on of the authorized hotels for our company. On a recent trip out I forgot my IPad in the room when I checked out and did not realize it until I was already at the airport. a quick call to the hotel was all it took to confirm they had secured it for me and that I could pick it up upon my return in a months time. this type of service more than makes up for the beds being hard in my book. Which to date is my only real complaint about the hotel. if I were to stay for more than a night or two at a time I don't know if I could do it, but for a travel hotel between flights you won't be disappointed by the service!!

The travel agency selected this hotel for us, but they could have done better! The room’s air conditioning didn’t work. The room safe didn’t work when we checked in, they got it working, but there weren’t any operating instructions. On our 2nd morning, the breakfast buffet wasn’t set up, until I asked the Front Desk.

This is the third time I have stayed at Al Qasr Metropole Hotel. Every time I had a wonderful service from all staff. They are just amazing! room very tidy and clean, reception staff so kind and professional. I also did try the Trattoria and the Al Qasr Garden, both were excellent I would stay there again if in Amman

My stay in Amman was at the AlQasr Metropole Hotel, which was an absolutely fantastic experience. The team made us feel welcome from the time we came in, with warm smiles and an easy check-in process. The hotel room was big, tidy, and wonderfully furnished with everything I could possibly need, including a comfortable bed, quick Wi-Fi, and a breathtaking view of the city.The on-site restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet, although certain selections may be added or changed. I really loved the hotel's attention to detail, which included fast delivery of new towels and nice details such as complimentary bottled water and amenities.The location was ideal, just a short walk from local restaurants.Overall, I had a great visit and would definitely suggest.

Solid service, quiet rooms. Yummy breakfast. Good access to restaurants. Easy access to other parts of the city. Hotel restaurant has good seafood. Good hummus at morning buffet. Staff helped us find and book places for live music. Excellent service.
