Very nice place and nice people working here. Our flight was delayed, but the staff (Haris - thank you very much!) waited for us and helped us move in. The hotel offers beautiful and mesmerizing views.😎

Honestly this is the 2nd time staying here. Love the facilities love the accessibility. And huge space. Fast wifi connect and smart tv! So many food stalls nearby! Shopping mall downstairs. Ayam penyet shop js the best!

It has been a good hotel-like stay. Easily accessible and if you’re a foreigner, you’ll get to experience small night market happening every Friday, located just outside of the place.

The place is amazing: clean, beautiful design, modern, excellent facilities and perfect location. The staff is very helpful.

I seldom give reviews except for exceptional circumstances. I wish for others to make informed decisions as our expectations and circumstances are different. The good: Location next to lrt. However, the mall below is almost empty. The bad: Furnishings. Really low end. The sofa bed is cheap and worn-out, that one might consider unusable The ugly: The check in process is the deal killer for me. As most airbnb/booking require only credit card for security. It's so much hassle to fill up a separate security deposit form when most accomodations require cc and you get the pin code. Usually I get the pin code a day before or definitely a few hours before arrival. I wish Trip would have highlighted this req so we can decide if this is for us. You also have to wait a few days or a week to get your deposit back.

Although the apartments are generally excellent, with a great location and stunning views from both the window and the pool, the main issue is the deposit. While they offer the option to pay it either in cash or by card, getting a refund for the card payment can be uncertain. It’s been almost a month for me, and they keep making excuses without returning the money. I’m not saying it’s an intentional scam, but if I had known about these deposit issues, I would have looked for other apartments in this building.

The place is great for families to have a relaxing mall holiday where they can take time and enjoy the condo facilities. We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in. The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there. However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying. Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth.

I don't recommend this kind bad apartment because no change towel, no hot water, no any amenities in the room. To get deposit keep waiting over 2 hours. Most important their tel or mobile number never can get through. Very very bad experience .really no recommend this apartment. When I came down then more than 10 people waiting with same problems
