The entire apartment building is a bit old. The gym equipment is sparse, with no treadmills. There are two swimming pools; the free one is small and outdoors, while the larger one requires a separate reservation and comes with a fee. Customer service is only reachable via WhatsApp – you can't contact them through Ctrip or email. However, the price is reasonable, and the room cleanliness is acceptable. It's a mixed bag, really.

We did not check in at all. None of the security guards speak Malay or English. The hotel respond was slow. Not very responsive. No checking process that is friendly. Try to ask help but failed. We end up about one hour to figure out the parking, taking several lifts but still failed to reached our destination. Really hope trip.com can look into this issue.

This is my second stay here. The rooms are great, very secure, and have a beautiful view. The common areas are also excellent and worth using.
