Hotel PR Residency

Please do not stay at this hotel! The pictures are not a reflection of what they promise. The establishment is dirty, old, in serious need of repair. My bed looked like it had just been made up from the previous guest, it wasn’t ironed or neat. There are tears in the bedding, it is also dirty. There is a lot of filth in the room. There is so much that is broken, a sofa that has a huge tear in it, broken table, broken fridge (which is listed as an amenity), broken glass between the two areas, broken table leg. I chose breakfast and was offered a limited option to eat in my room. Seems like there is no restaurant available. The toilet seat was broken and had an awful smell in the early hours of the morning. I arrived late and had to stay over night and left the next day. During this time there was a cigarette butt with ash on the floor outside my door and no one bothered to clean it up. Due to this, I left the hotel 5 days earlier. The hotel has refused to reimburse me on the basis of the above, despite their pictures not being an accurate reflection. During my time here, the electricity and WiFi continued to go on and off intermittently. The price to stay is similar to mid to high end hotels but it’s definitely not comparable. It’s old, worn down and in serious need of repair!

The stay was awesome and staff cooperation is very well and the place is gud and the room are also well mantianed and we will provide 4 star rate to present stay and will be happy while staying in the hotel pr residency and we will we grateful while staying in this hotel

It was comfortable and clean room with good service pillows were fluffy and the bed was clean bed sheets were clean. Room service was fast

I booked this hotel after making full payment for 5 days. I reached hotel at 1. 30 am on my check in date ( technically on 25th may. When i entered the room allotted to me (room no. 2006) it was terrible cockroaches were moving here and there, the bed sheet was dirty, room was stinking badly like anything. I refused to take this room so they took me to another room at the 3rd floor (3006. This room was also in bad shape. It looks like some renovation work is going on. Walls had marks of whitewash, bed sheet was not clean had some smell like it was not given to anybody for a long time. I again registered my protest but the hotel receptionist said that they don't have any rooms vacant now. I was forced to accommodate this room. They promised to change the room or make some alternate arrangements in this regard. However, 3 days passed but they could not change the room. The room service was pathetic. I called 4-5 times for a simple water requirement. Nobody was picking phone. I went there for competition of my daughter there so adjusted anyhow. In short, if they do not have a proper and clean room to give to the customer, they should not accept bookings. I badly fed-up with this trip because of stay arrangements. I demand refund of my money asap.

Pathetic experience …lift was not working and room was on 3rd floor …room phone was working …food was not delivered on time …after giving the order food was delivered after 2 hours …no shampoo in bathroom …I was booked room with breakfast but no one called me for breakfast when I called them they delivered after 12 pm

Everything including room service, stay, staff support and behaviour was excellent. The room was neat and clean. I completely enjoyed the stay.

Very bad, given a small room. The room was undergoing some maintanence work. The hotel management should have considered us being a senior citizen , might have given a better room. The room tariff paid was gone wasted. Denied buffet break fast, instead they want to bring break fast to room.

The room interior needs to be improved, the wash basin has been cracked. Provided dental kit on reqest.
