A lovely intimate hotel in quit location backing onto canal and very large forest. Bus 2 min walk down street and 20 minutes into heart of Amsterdam Breakfast is very nice and staff are friendly -Would stay here again and recommend a small quiet hotel out of town

As a frequent traveler with over 30 years of experience staying in various hotels, I must express my deep disappointment with this establishment. The corridors were uncomfortably narrow, and the sound insulation was inadequate, resulting in significant noise disturbances. Furthermore, the structure of the building appeared unstable, as noticeable vibrations occurred whenever a door was closed with force. Additionally, although I was staying alone, I was required to pay the city tax for two people simply because the room contained a double bed. This policy felt unreasonable and contributed further to my dissatisfaction.

saw some reviews on bed bugs in this place and decided to book somewhere else to stay instead but we were unable to get a refund despite informing the hotel in advance.

Very nice trip

We were greeted and shown to our room. The room had two single beds and excellent mattresses. The bathroom was clearly quite new, and the push-button rain showerhead was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and good coffee. Excellent service and friendly staff. The location is excellent with ample parking right outside. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the Amsterdamse Bos

Nice hotel room. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. Nespresso in the room. Ba 18u free parking in front of the door.

The room was very nice, clean. There was a very nice girl at the reception. But there were problems with the cleaners. On the first day at lunchtime, a cleaner burst into my room, although I was still asleep. It was very scary. On the second day, the same cleaner tried to enter the room again saying check-out, although there was still an hour before check-out. He was very angry and dissatisfied. He was a very unpleasant young man who spoiled the whole impression of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit poor. It is on the outskirts of the city and public transportation (tram) is a 15-minute walk away, which is quite expensive. About 3 minutes away there is a bus stop but the card is not the same as for the tram and the bus takes much longer to get to the center. The facilities are quite good, new but the bed mattress is not a normal mattress so if you turn around it moves until you fall, it comes off the bed base. For the rest the staff is fine.

Very small and poor, transportation is not convenient

A good hotel, pleasant stay. The room was very clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Otherwise, top notch.
