Joy Hotel

Very good，I'm glad to upgrade me to a room with a window. The room is very clean.

Hotel room has a wooden floor instead of a carpet. The walk to the nearby metro station Bullewijk is relatively short but there was construction works going on when I visited so the walking route is less than ideal for suitcases.

The staff is very kind and friendly They are willing to help

We stayed here for a concert. It was a 10min walk to the stadium which was pretty convenient. We got a free upgrade which was great. Would come again

Not bad. Its near the metro station so it makes easier to go to city center. Room was clean. Reception staffs were helpful:)

Very disappointing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and called the hotel immediately to explain the mistake and ask if anything could be done. Instead of trying to help, the staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and even yelling at me on the phone, saying it was entirely my fault. I understand mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. What makes it worse is that they refused any kind of compensation or refund, so I ended up paying for a stay I could not even use. Terrible customer service and zero understanding for guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were so nice, because I needed to check out at 11am but I had a job interview. And they were so kind to help me close the door of the common room, so that I can avoid the noise.

Good location, good service , room was super clean
