A bit of a dated hotel, but clean and the bathroom has been renovated. Nice location. Delicious breakfast.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, having traveled to 40 countries. Quentin lives up to his reputation as Altovan Eyck, providing the worst service. Cleanliness, location, and staff service. I've never booked a maid's room like the old one. If you're assigned to room 501, complain on the spot. The staff's misconduct, including the dirty towels, is just too much.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Although it is not in a very central area, there is a tram stop in front of the entrance and, a few steps away, there are pubs and cafes where you can have breakfast or a drink. The area is very quiet and not very chaotic. Our room, located on the 4th floor, was very quiet and we did not hear any noise, it was also very clean. The space inside the room is not huge but functional, there is also a kettle and a coffee machine with capsules. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. Too bad about the towels, one per person and very small. We did not take advantage of the breakfast.

Unbelievably expensive for what’s on offer. We had to book 2 rooms as a family of 5 even though we would fit in one rooms.

Good enough. Has a bit of a hostel feel to it though. Needed attention to detail. For example neither of our rooms had TVs that were properly tuned and one remote was faulty. The hotel is noisy because of lack of soft furnishings in corridors making doors slam. I could get the air on to work in either room or at least I don’t think it worked. Check in was a palaver as we had to use a touch screen despite the staff member waiting for us to complete it. I can’t see how that was efficient. One lift was out of order and neither reached the ground floor so our elderly mother has to struggle with six or do steep steps. There was a door locked downstairs that I think would have given Street level access. I did ask the guy on reception but he said it had to be locked. On the positives. The area is nice and there are good cares nearby. The tram drops off outside. The bathroom was good and the room was fine. Overall not bad but not fab either.
