The shower room is broken and reported to the receptionist, he said he noted well but no one come to repair the shower room.

Booked a twin room but was given a triple so that was nice. 10 min walk to a metro station. No water in the room. Grocery store nearby and a New York pizza.

The location is a bit out of the way; it's about a 7-minute walk to Tram Line 2 and 12 minutes to the metro station. Getting to the city center takes over half an hour. The room was very simple and clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom had a partial wet/dry separation, but water would still splash into the dry area when showering. The shower gel had a unique scent (like a high-end traditional Chinese medicine). The front desk staff were not very friendly. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, and the staff preferred to chat rather than offer assistance. The employee who handled my luggage storage after check-out was very impatient.

I wish I never stayed in this hotel. There was only one person at the reception and I tried to check in through the terminal kept there. There were confusion and the duty manager was too busy answering any question. In the room we could not charge our mobile phones as there was no USB port and the our plugs were were not compatible to Dutch ones. I went to reception to borrow one and the rude duty manager told me to buy one for €15 or rent a portable power bank for €3 from a vending machine. I went to rent from the machine and the process was confusing. When asked for help, the duty manager was rude and repeatedly mentioned that he is busy and told me to follow the instructions (which were confusing). The overall feeling was unwelcoming and the attitude of the staff can and should definitely improve.
