Enjoyed our recent stay in the best western , good location near airport and was easy to check in

Basic but has all you need. Room was perfectly clean and no noise. The only problem was that the window was broken and we could nott open it. I would stay again.

The location isn't great and it's a bit hard to find, plus transportation isn't very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are very complete and spacious, with amenities like coffee available. It's also quite clean and hygienic.

A little far out from the centre but we did not mind the travel to the centre. Metro/bus stops were under 10mins walk, very accessible. The neighbourhood was lovely had plenty of convenience stores nearby including a Lidl and New York Pizza takeaway. The staff were hospitality and had room service every day of our stay. We were able to leave our belongings in the hotel as our flight arrived earlier than check in time and bonus was we were able to check in half hour early than the check in time. Room was equipped with mini fridge, coffee machine, shower, radiator, TV and AC. Only problem was from the second day there was cigarette smell sipping into our room. It was very strong and my guess was that it came from the bathroom vents, this was very unsettling as we asked for a non smoking room due to my asthma. Everything else was top notch

While it is a bit far from the city center, there is a tram stop nearby and line 2 connects directly to Amsterdam Centraal. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the room was clean and functional. Only the shower could have benefited from a curtain or a door, to prevent the entire bathroom floor from becoming a little lake 😅

Very good experience

I'm super excited and satisfied to stay in this hotel! The staffs are nice! The room is clean and big enough for me and the bus station is just outside the hotel which is very convenient to travel to the city!

The room overall was good, but the water pressure was inconsistent. The hotel is close to Amsterdam's business district, but it's a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station and also a bit of a distance from the tram stop. The hotel doesn't have laundry facilities or ironing equipment.

I had a pathetic check-in experience on the night of 31st Jan 2026 around 11 PM. I am staying in Room 507. I was trying to use the self-check-in kiosk and needed basic help with the keys and room details. The Indian staff member at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional.He was constantly on his phone and completely ignored me. When I tried to speak to him in Hindi to be friendly, he arrogantly mentioned he's been in NL for 10 years and then just went back to ignoring me. When I asked about the keys and room number, he didn't guide me; instead, he gave me a mocking smirk as if he was enjoying my struggle. He finally told me to 'just click continue' with a very condescending attitude.Being in the hospitality industry for 10 years should teach you respect, not arrogance. This guy is a disgrace to the hotel's reputation. I hope the management investigates who was on duty at the front desk arround 11 PM on Jan 31st and takes strict action. Such 'smirking' and disrespectful behavior towards guests is unacceptable.

OK, a little bit far from the center but have tram 2 directly to Central Station

The room was quite spacious, but the location was a bit out of the way. Other than that, everything else was good.

Large comfortable room with 4 beds, complimentary coffee pods and a cozy bathroom.

Our stay was good! There is a daily cleaning, but just one day the housekeeping lady told us that she was finishing her shift so she couldn’t do the cleaning.. we where ok cause it was not a mess but still a rear answer. Out of that all good..

Holte too far from train station.. room and hotel service was very nice bed comfortable. Supermarket and restaurant near by.
