Our stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The central location truly stands out – right in the heart of the action, surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were perfectly adequate and meticulously cleaned daily. A special highlight was the daily offering of small treats like croissants, candies, and Haribo, which added a sweet touch to our stay. Additionally, a coffee machine and tea were available around the clock, and the coffee was truly excellent. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, consistently creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, we can definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels that I've stayed in around Europe. The whole room is old and small. Totally different from the pictures shown on this app. The carpet is dirty and not much cleaning has ever been done. Only the service and location is good. Otherwise, it's not worth the money at all. There are more hotels better than this at a cheaper price with a better location. Don't understand how they have an 8 rating. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We thought we are staying in a castle style hotel but we are not, since the first picture posted is a castle look and it's very misleading photo. overall the hotel is rated ok. staff is friendly, surrounded with eateries restaurants and cafe, convenient store is few min away. Happy to receive a package of savory confectionary upon checkout. Location is superb, just one block behind Damrak.

I love my stay at Hotel Luxer. Its clean, very near Amsterdam Central. The staff are so nice and helpful. and just a walking distance from all attractions in Amsterdam. there are also a lot of affordable restaurants besides the Hotel and in the nearby area

Fantastic hotel with a lift! This is a massive bonus, as lifts are a real rarity in Amsterdam's architecture, meaning you usually have to lug your bags up steep, narrow staircases. It's also centrally located! Each morning, they offer fresh-baked croissants, coffee, and tea. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Amsterdam! Wi-Fi is available.

Great location. Room was big enough. Breakfast and other snacks were great. Just, if your room is street view one, too much noise from outside. Thanks for everything.

The room was okay; though considering the price, you can't expect too much. It's conveniently located near the central train station, just a short walk away. The world-famous *** is also right next door and another easily walkable attraction.

Amazing stay

The best thing in the hotel especially that it’s small and a bit old still looks better then the other small hotels in centrum and most importantly it has LIFT

Good location hotel for single traveller. Not enough room space to open 2 luggage for couple. Online check in and check out. Fast and smooth check in process when arrival at hotel. Hotel lobby is manned 24/7. Only one minus point is the small hair dryer. Weak and not powerful to use during cold weather in Nov period.

If you’re only in Amsterdam for a couple of nights you can’t get a much better location than this. Absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. The bed was genuinly the most comfy we’ve had our whole Europe trip. Really nice staff. There is a little foyer and seating area. Free coffee (coffee machine) and nibbles. Small walk to the train station.
