The Muse Amsterdam Hotel

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, we liked there was a vending machine in the lobby and the option to rent umbrellas

The hotel was in an optimal location in Amsterdam and the owner (I think?) was super friendly and helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant to eat at. I would definitely stay there again! Rooms were comfortable and pleasant

It’s a very pleasant experience staying with the Muse Hotel. The counter staff - Teethor was extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciate him for letting me check in earlier and helping me with checking the room details. The room was very clean, with everything I needed. What I loved was past of the window can be opened a bit— to let fresh air in, good circulation in the room. The location is great as the bus stop is about 2mins walking distance , from where one can take bus 12 to the main tourist sites including the Royal Palace, Old Church and Central station etc. And one can take direct bus 397 from the airport to the hotel. In addition, the cat at the hotel is cute and quiet. Highly recommend the hotel to visitors who’d visit Amsterdam.

Amazing friendly staff always available and helpful

I couldn't love our stay at The Muse more! We had some unexpected delays on our arrival so I called the hotel and they checked us over phone so we didn't have to worry about checking in very late when we'd arrive. Then they gave us a different room because they noticed we had separate beds. They really went above and beyond to make us feel stress free and comfortable during our holiday. Extremely nice, friendly staff, we were so greatful! They also have cold water, coffee, tee and some sweets available all the time, which just makes you feel like it's a luxury hotel. Room was super clean and quiet. Location is also great, walking distance from the Rijksmuseum, metro and bus connections.
